16 New Channels Coming to Freely TV Guide This Year

Freely, the UK’s live and on-demand streaming platform, is excited to announce that it will be expanding its offer with 16 new channels, showcasing some of the nation’s favorite programming from UK public service broadcasters. This move marks a significant milestone in Freely’s journey to becoming the go-to streaming platform for UK audiences. The new channels will be available to browse and watch via the Freely TV guide, which is exclusively available on smart TVs with Freely included. These devices are available to purchase from a range of manufacturers, including Hisense, Bush, Toshiba, Panasonic, Sharp, TCL, Amazon Fire TVs, and METZ.

  • ITV will launch two new channels, The Chase and Saturday Night Every Night, which will also be available on ITVX.
  • Channel 4 will launch three new channels, 4Reality, 4Homes, and 4Life, which will offer a diverse range of programming.
  • 5 will launch 11 new live channels, including 5 Police Interceptors, 5 Cops, and 5 A&E, with five exclusive to Freely.

These new channels will showcase a wide range of programming, including reality shows, homes, travel, and more. Some of the highlights include:

  1. 4Reality will feature Channel 4’s best reality programming, such as Married at First Sight.
  2. 4Homes will provide access to Channel 4’s extensive line-up of homes content, including Grand Designs.
  3. 4Life will feature programmes showcasing Channel 4’s favorite content, including The Dog House.
  4. 5 History will offer a range of documentaries and history programming.
  5. Milkshake! will feature a range of children’s programming.

In addition to these new channels, Freely will also be integrating free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels from the VIDAA platform into its TV guide on Hisense and Toshiba TVs. This will include over 80 new channels, such as Sony ONE, CNN, Sky, and Banijay.

The new channels will be available to watch later this year, and Freely will offer more than 55 live channels over Wi-Fi, alongside 70,000+ hours of on demand content. With this expansion, Freely is set to become the leading streaming service in the UK, offering a wide range of high-quality content to its audience.

Everyone TV has also announced that it will be partnering with UKTV, AMC Networks International, and PBS America to bring more content to the platform. Highlights of Freely’s Expansion
